Smoke and Zest Gin was originally launched back in 2021 as a member of our Cottage Series Gins. After a great reception, we've decided to bring it back...this time in a 70cl bottle! This unique and innovative botanical masterpiece was born in the heart of Fife, where Kingsbarns and Darnley's Distilleries share the same sacred land. This exceptional gin has been meticulously crafted to pay homage to our two expertly crafted spirits.

Honey Syrup 120ml water 120g honey 2 sprigs of rosemary Cocktail 50ml Darnley’s Gin 25ml lemon juice 45ml apple juice 15ml honey syrup Fresh or dehydrated apple slices for garnish Honey Syrup Instructions Place the water, honey, and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Cool the mixture to room temperature before using, and then store any remaining syrup in the refrigerator for up to one week. This January, we are pleased to announce the return of our ‘Pay-What-You-Like’ tour! Introduced as a pilot back in December 2022 and limited to Sundays, the visitor initiative is now back and enhanced with two daily tours – whisky and gin - running seven days a week from Monday to Sunday until the end of February 2024.  During their visit, guests are guided through either our Darnley's Gin Cottage or Kingsbarns Distillery, walking through our exhibition spaces, delving into the history and heritage of each brand, learning insights into the production process of whisky or the art of gin distillation.
