Our all time favourite winter warmer is back again this year! When the weather is cold and the nights are dark, there's nothing that gets us in the festive mood quite like a cosy night at home with a mug of Darnley’s Hot Gin Punch.
This fruity, spicy twist on a classic hot toddy is the perfect drink to enjoy this winter.
How to make it
To try your hand at making this delicious drink at home, you will need:
50ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin
120ml Premium Ginger Beer
70ml Cloudy Apple Juice
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
Cinnamon Stick (optional)
Apple slices to garnish
Method:
Add all of the ingredients (expect the gin) into a pot over a medium- high heat. Feel free to add a cinnamon stick for extra festive spice.
Let it reach a simmer, then turn off the heat. Pour 25ml of Darnley’s Spiced Gin into a glass.
Ladle the warm punch into the glass and garnish with sliced apple.
