We caught up with our resident beekeeper, Mandy, to find out how are bees are doing this summer.⁠⁠As always, she very kindly gave us a nice big update on the bees! It's been a tough season for our bees due to the unsettled weather we've been having in Scotland, but Mandy has assured us they're all doing well!⁠

Ingredients (Serves 1)  50ml Darnley's Coastal Haar Gin 50ml lime cordial 10ml sugar syrup 15ml pineapple juice Sprig of mint Lemon peel (optional) Method Mix together and pour over ice.
