How to make our Pineapple Gin Slushie!
The perfect way to celebrate the arrival of summer, and ideal for batch making when entertaining guests!
Here's what you will need:
- 300g frozen pineapple
- Juice from one lemon
- 60 ml Darnley’s Coastal Haar
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge to garnish (optional)
Method:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.
2. Top up with more pineapple juice if too thick or you prefer a thinner consistency
