Gin is a difficult beast to master and takes the same dollops of patience and skill to create as perhaps a blended whisky or a tea.   Introducing the latest installment to our Cottage Series, Coastal Haar.  The nine botanicals at the heart of this London Dry Gin are a mixture of locally grown and foraged botanicals from along the East Coast of Scotland to develop a gin that is a rare expression of the heart and soul of the coastline of our beloved East Neuk of Fife. For our latest limited edition release, we enlisted the help of Jayson Byles, a local forager here in the East Neuk of Fife.
