Ingredients 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin 25ml Pineapple Juice 10ml Vermouth Juice of ½ lemon Dash Gomme syrup Angostura Bitters Dash pasteurised egg white Method Pour all ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake rapidly. Double strain into a sherry goblet. Add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters to garnish.
