Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
- 50ml freshly squeezed Blood Orange juice
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 125ml Ginger Ale
- 25ml St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- Blood Orange wedge, for garnish
Method
In a serving glass, combine gin, St. Germain, lemon juice, and ginger ale. Top glass with ice. Slowly pour in blood orange juice. Garnish with blood orange slices and fresh lemon thyme sprigs.
